Chancellorsville is almost here!!!

Well I saw on Matrix and Slitherine websites the anouncements of Chancellorsville comming soon. I'm all jazzed up and ready to download. This will be a great holiday season for sure. Football, Thanksgiving, Chancellorsville, Football, Christmas, Chancellorsville, Football, New Years, and Chancellorsville. Does it get any better than this? Maybe the kids squealling with delight on Christmas morning, eating great holiday food and family comming in for the holidays. Chancellorsville. Yes.

It was, then we had to wait for the Matrix deal to be finalized, then go through all the release issues with eliminating the DRM and getting the 1.5 version set up for folks. Meanwhile Matrix decided CV was good enough for a stand alone version - this took at least a month converting GB to CV. Now we're in testing, kinda, since Norb is in New Jersey without power and so our testing server is down. :S

Understandable - NJ got hit very hard and some parts will probably be without power for another week, or longer.

Water-damage is the worst, first you have to wait until the water recedes before anything else can be done!

Wow. Those screen shots look awesome. The Slitherine write-up on the game is also top-notch. The ad seems to suggest it will be released Tuesday of next week.

Appreciate the plug D. The CV release will have 128 new RebBugler flags available through the CV Extras add-on mod. All stock flags can be overwritten by this mod. Presently this engine is loyal to Tim's stock flags, possibly, I will assume flag designing responsibilities with the next engine so Tim can concentrate on new sprites.

As someone who bought his 1st pc simply to dominate Napoleonic warfare when Sid Meiers Gettysburg came out, am I better served to buy Chancellorsville, and wait for the ability to add the other games? Or go on and D/L all the originals followed by Chance?

How many members are still playing MP for Getty and Antietem?

How welcome are new members?
