Register your game at Matrix to resolve most install and activation issues

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

Only the games prior to Chancellorsville are available for download there.

Check the first post again:

Here is a step by step guide:

1. First go to the members section www.matrixgames.com/members/
2. Login with your matrix username and password that you created.
3. This will bring you to the members club page where you can see a list of all matrix games.
4. Scroll down to the Scourge of War section
5. If you haven't registered your games, click the Register link to the right of the game
6. It will ask for the serial. Enter the serial to register it
7. Once it's registered, you will now see a Registered link next to it
8. Click that link to get a download link of the game.

Ok, you'll want to contact Matrix support then. I'm sure they can get you to your games. They are usually pretty fast in responding.

The same thing happened to me. I bought Chancellorsville and Brandy Station through my Matrix account back in Dec. A couple weeks ago i needed to download those two games again. However, Matrix did not recognize i had previously purchased them. I sent Matrix an email through their contact form and they sent me a new download link with my purchase code. I then registered the games to my Matrix account and they're now recognized.

And yes, agree with Little Powell, they responded quickly, within 24 hrs. regards

Same here....the serial code for the original NorbSoft version doesn't work. Can't even activate the game.

I have the original first Bull Run, TC2M, Scourge of War Gettysburg, Antietam and Chancellorsville....am I going to have issues with all of them?

Have you gone through the steps to register your games with Matrix? You shouldn't have issues with all of them.

No I resolved the Scourge of War items through Matrix. It's particularly TC2M that is the problem. Requests for assistance have gone un-answered. I'm wondering if anybody is home there.

Matrix is not the publisher for TC2M, they only have the GB family. Is the install of TC2M running correctly from the CD?
