I am thinking of switching from Comcast to Verizon Fios which will give me a new e-mail address. Will this effect my SOW and anything else you may think of?

You'll have to update all of your contact info wherever you've used the Comcast.net email address, which is a PAIN. You can use the TrueSwitch feature from Verizon to notify friends & family of your new address, and you can have email forwarded to your Verizon account as long as your Comcast account is still active, but businesses and email subscriptions, etc. require a manual login and change using your passwords.
