I don't think anyone has started one up, but if there is a call for Clans and we have "clan wars", I think that would really boulster our ranks.

I currently help run a napoleonic community called Napoleonics. Our community is 2 years old, we have organized a tournament successfully this year. Our members are all 18 years and older (we have a minimum age requirement), and we use ranks to further enhance roleplaying and immersion in the Era. We have a teamspeak server we use to organize MP battles and frequently post AAR and analyse the battle to learn from mistakes done on either side. So far our platform was napoleonic total war 2 a mod made by the Lordz modding collective which is the best strategic total war title IMHO. We are looking into moving to war3D and maybe histwar. So the idea of starting a civil war branch was toying in my head and looking at the excitement here it might be a very good idea.
I will discuss that with the napoleonics high command and will get back at you

I've thought about starting up a Clan (one were members have to earn their rank etc.), but I just haven't had the time to think about it much. The first step could be just starting a topic here where folks can enlist. I'll think about it some more and decide what I want to do.
