Hmmmm, working on finding a good free bandwidth limiter.

The first, and full reason for my wanting a bandwidth limiter is not assign bandwidth for other computers part my network which don't exsisit snce I am the only user, but what I am wanting to do is assign bandwidth limitations too certain programs.
Okay here is an example of what I am trying to do.
Since I am running a program that is used for broadcasting my radio station, but if I happen to start downloading a program it forces my radio station to black out. Now by using a limiter I can now assign the amount of bandwidth for each program that access the internet so it can no longer interfere with one another.
So for instance, I would give 20kbs to SAM Broadcaster to play with, and it locks it in. I then assign my to download manager 130kbs which leaves me a small amount of bandwidth to assign to other programs when I need to use them this way each program does not interfere with any other which in turn allows my programs to operate as they should with no blackouts, or bleeding.
You can also assign bandwidth limits to any background programs as well, and the best part is you can assign maximums for MP games that gives a really nice boost, which can lock out all other programs, and gives you full usage which could give you a better, more stable MP game.
Now this will only lock these bandwidth values when I use the program, it's not locked in permanently.
I'll get back to you, and let you know how it goes, and which ones to use.
If you do not want to wait for me to get back to you, I am testing some of the software found on this webpage...
