Have you heard of a voice program called Mumble? It's suppose to be better than TS.

It's suppose to use less bandwidth, and sound better.

Here is the link you go getters!

I'm doing some testing to see if this is better than TS3.

To download Muymble visit http://mumble.sourceforge.net/
If anyone is interested my server address is...

Password is: sowgb
I have to know if this thing is better or not because it's suppose to have a much smaller footprint, and also use less bandwidth which could spell less lag (in part since lag is dependent on speed of computer, and bandwidth, and other small annoying factors).

Here is a screenshot of me playing Wagram. Take note of the mic listening on the top right which means anyone broadcasting in that channel will be listed so you can see who is talking, and to whom you can respond.

Just something I thought I would post about.

If anyone is interested in helping out an old poop like myself try out Mumble for a game of SOWgb, or a game of Wagram online I would appreciate it. I'm needing to find out how much better this voice program. over TS3.

The full unadulterated reason for my wanting to try this is actually for those who want to host games with voice, but have limited bandwidth.

It is suppose to have a much smaller bandwidth footprint than TS3, and have better voice quality as well, and use far less resources.

Anyway, I just thought I would post just in case there is someone who might have a few moments to spare.

Mumble to server info...
