Divisional Cmd Speed ?

Question - for some of the Single Players out there!
Has anyone noticed that when giving Divisional Courier Orders that the Div. Leader will advance at quite a fast pace, leaving everyone else miles away?
Or, this could be something that I have done, but I don't remember this before the 1.6 patch was Installed.
