AI options

This must be an old question, but I can't remember exactly:
On the Options page, if you check Custom under the preset difficulty settings, then increase the AI Aggressiveness, is that setting only for Solitaire play, or does it also take effect in co-op MP against the AI?

No, whoever is hosting sets the options via the MP options screen before they start play for the group.

My group always plays MP on the Seasoned setting. Is there any way to make the AI more difficult without playing HITS or with couriers? I see the choices for MP Custom Difficulty, but I don't see a way to increase difficulty such as exists on the Solitaire options page.

No, only the custom difficulty options you see on the screen are available, camera distance, etc.
