Hi again all, long time no see! I bought a new computer a couple of months ago and need to redownload my game here. ( bought it prematrix) I tried the link above but have not heard back. Any help would be nice!

If you still have the email from NSD with the activation code in it you can use that to register the game at matrix and then download it there.

I think that was 2 computers ago!

What email service do you use? It should not be tied to your computer.

I highly recommend you use an online email provider if you don't already, so you never lose emails. Having all of my emails back to 2003 is very nice because a lot of things like this get sent to your email and there's no other easy way to get them.

Anyway, emailing the address given in the first post in this thread should work if you really lost your activation code.

Is this email outdated? "activate@norbsoftare.com" doesn't work for me..
