This is State of Decay PC early release from Steam, and so far I like it, but it's definitely NOT DayZ. I am use to an open world where I can be who I want to be, and act the way I want to act. I am looking forward to the sandbox mode when they do finally get the final released for the PC. Until then I have to get use to using the controller, and the mouse, and keyboard. YES you heard right, you can still use the mouse even though they say it's not supported.

Note: I have to say that since playing DayZ, this game feels very claustrophobic. Everything feels very cramped, and close together. I don't know, so far I'm not seeing anything that makes me think that SOD could come close to taking anything away from DayZ, or any other zombie RPG style games except of course WarZ which is the worst of the worst.

I am finding it difficult to get use to using my Logitech game pad. I normally only use my game pad for flight sims, and leave FPS, and TPS games to the mouse, and keyboard which is the only way to play (in my opinion only).

I think its almost a cross between the Walking Dead from Telltale games and just barely DayZ. I haven't played DayZ much though because I haven't figured out how to make the servers figure out what I did previously. I'm waiting for the standalone version...hopefully zombies will still be popular then. :)
