The Red River Campaign 1864 – a John Bonin Production

This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

I turned off my anti virus but that also did not fix it. Oh well. Thanks for your help.
Reynolds What is the Version of the game that You are running?

The reason that I'm asking is due to the earlier versions of the game were not designed to read the packages files from the Map folder.

If you are at 1.6 or higher.....disregard this.....that can't be the problem!

Hey D, yep that's got to be it. I forgot all about the packages upgrade to mods. Reynolds, upgrade to the latest patch and you should be good.

Thanks a bunch Davinci! :)

Hey thomas francis meagher,

Do you have the 7 WinZip utility to open it installed on your computer ? If not, here is the link to download it :

The following file is updated:

The attachment gfx_2014-05-29.csv is no longer available

Download and overwrite previous. Minor update, this includes calling some extra flags that are not included in the scenarios. The flags are already included, it's just a gfx file error that prevented them from being used.

Thanks to Martin James and the KS group for finding this error. :)

The first post link is presently being updated, but there's no need to re-download for this small file replacement for those that understand the overwrite procedure explained above.

Edit: Just remembered, rename download file to gfx (attachment process adds date to name with small file names). Also, the gfx.csv file that is to be overwritten is located in the Logistics folder.

[The extension csv has been deactivated and can no longer be displayed.]

I cannot get this to download. On multiple different networks, on multiple different computers, it keeps timing out. Is there an alternate download link?
