Opens with
7zip, maybe that's your issue.

All of the Red River is solid...but god,wouldn't it be fantastic if we could marry the Scourge of War game engine to a grand strategic game like Forge of Freedom...not possible I guess....also,is any of the ingenious modders here interested in making the Bentonville NC battlefield and oob?....that was one of the last battles of signifigance in the american civil war.....all the best everyone.

Just got around to downloading this great piece of work.....Thanks to all who contributed....Like I need another OOB to memorize, but more importantly, I need to read up on all events as well....COOL!!!! Great maps too....
