OOB File Name Used in 3 Days

Hey Randy,

I can't seem to locate the OOB you used in 3 Days. I have B&F downloaded of course. I really like the OOB format.

oob_Gettysburg_3Days_DRF was used for the 7 hour CSA version, however there were several other 3 Day versions. To check for the oob used with a particular scenario look at the top line in the scenario.csv file...MASTER: oob name

Found the place you referenced, .oob_Gettysburg_3days.csv, but can't find in Sandbox. Maybe it won't show up in Sandbox.

The OOB I want has all the Major's for Artillery and seperate supply wagons for Artillery. Ring a bell?

OOB_SB_Gettysburg_3Days_DRF is the sandbox version, found in B&F.

Appreciate the scenario kudos Had to give us Rebs a chance to change history, but it ain't easy. :woohoo:

You are right it ain't easy, I had to extend the game by 2 more hours to get 11000 points. Never did take the hill.....I settled for the Minor Victory, ok I made up the new rule.....the game ain't over until this fat boy sings.....I'll look tonight for that file but I don't think it's in my Sandbox?

The OOB's are in Sandbox but are split into Day 1, 2 and 3. I would like to have the OOB combined. I'll research the topics to see if I can learned how to join these together but if you can help out/instruct, please let me know.

If you have B&F enabled in Modifications you should see this in the sandbox listing:

B&F Mod is enabled and I have that OOB showing on Sandbox Page, but it does not includes the artillery commanders (Nelson, Dance, Pegram, McIntosh, Dearing, Esherman and so on) I went into the OOB Folder in B&F (in Mods)and I found the OOB I want which is oob_Gettysburg_3days_DRF, that's all good.

Missing something here?

OOB_SB_Gettysburg_3Days_DRF:
All the arty is included, just the arty division and corps level commanders have been removed. The arty batteries are dispersed among all the brigades, I tried to keep it as historic as possible. This was done for better gameplay so when folks choose brigade or division level play they will have arty along with infantry or cavalry. Also, with this format, arty can be captured and used rather than just white flagged and disappearing which happens when arty is not assigned to infantry or cavalry brigades.

If you're set on having the OOB structured with arty commanders copy the OOB you like, rename the copy to OOB_SB_GB_3Days, or any name you like as long as it begins with OOB_SB_ and has no spaces.

Just re-edited this, it's really simple and not what I originally thought and had explained previously, sometimes my old mind has hiccups.

Not sure I understand about being white flagged and disappearing. If you are capturedd or surrender, you're out of action anyways....
