This has caught my interest Mike - give it to me straight, how steep is the learning curve?

OK quotes deleted and thread tidied as some of the replies to nothing would make us look even crazier than usual :)

Thanks old man.

Haaaa, it would look pretty nutty that is for sure.

Sorry about that guys, I guess I'll be checking more now since this one got by me. The game itself, and the mods are perfectly fine to have, and distribute so have at it, and enjoy!

Thanks con20or, good to see your on top of things. :)

Very steep, but once you get a handle on it, and the things you can do, I doubt anyone would be able to pull you away from playing it.

The how to videos is the best way to go, and if you can afford the .pdf file or book (again sorry about that) then print it off, and have it on your lap as a guide.

Hands down it is the best game really to be made. Many people seem to have a problem with the ascii graphics, but there are several graphic mods already created for it that really do the game justice.

Cheers, and good luck!
