I just checked the version that I have and its the v106 .

I stopped patching after the 1.6 so I don't have the 1.61 download, but they probably didn't include a newer manual with the download.

One of the Team-Members should arrive shortly to provide you with an answer.

That is the last SDK released for the Gettysburg series. It applies to all of the releases through Brandy Station.
