It was looking like another good civil war movie until it reached the part when mel comes into the room anoucing he is colonel when clearly he is dressed like a general. But it looks very funny a movie about kfc:laugh:

We need another good Civil War movie.. I hate that there's still no plans to make The Last Full Measure... I think it would make an awesome movie..

Spielberg is trying to get funding to make his Lincoln movie, but no one wants to buy it. I think it would be awesome.. Epecially with Liam Neeson playing Abe Lincoln.

They stopped the production of the last full measure because of how bad gods and generals did in the box office it seems that nobody in the younger generation likes the civil war anymore. All they like is movies where people are chopped to pieces for no particular reason. Or when there is a civil war movie made all it is about is love and crap but no war cold mountain is one of those worst civil war movie I ever saw. :X

It seemed like a pretty solid start to me:P

I would love someone to make a movie about Antietam battle. No one really wins, could show some awsome scenes of the cornfield, bloody land, etc. The importance of Lincoln wanting a victory to implement his emancipation (sp)?. Oh, also to show the lady that started the Red Cross was at this battle. so many tie ends of special people that were a part of this battle a producer could make a great story line.

We could find a way to just film the movies in the game. We could set up a script and run the battle and allow you to fly around and just watch. It's another one of those ideas that just hasn't had the time to make happen.

That definitely sounds possible. You could have scenarios that are completely under AI control. The user can select commanders, but can't control them. You could adjust the strength of the forces to ensure the correct side wins etc. Cool idea.
