Scourge of War Boards

In almost all the division v Division sandbox games choosing Allied Infantry/Artillery I end up against French Cavalry.
Is there anyway I can choose to fight against Infantry with artillery support more often?
Ideally I hope there will be oobs available that give a good mixed balance for Sandbox battles.

Is balance forces on or off?

We hope to release a scenario editor with the SDK - that will satisfy everyone's OOB needs.

I have frequently, playing the French, only received cavalry, and I have selected balanced, not just cavalry.

Possibly only coincidence but I've had a similar sandbox experience playing as the French, every time the enemy forces are composed entirely of cavalry and artillery. I enjoy the drama of squares holding off cavalry - and the occasional rout of a battalion caught out - but it doesn't make for a dynamic battle.

Happily we have control over things even without the coming scenario design tool. I'm considering making a small OOB file consisting of exactly the units I want on both sides and nothing more.
