UnitGlobal Change Request

I'd like to have a column added, (actually added back), to unitglobal. I'd like to have a column where the default toolbar can be specified, (column W, GUI, in the old game). That way we can create specific toolbars for unit types and countries. It won't impact the stock game as the column could be populated with the default toolbar name or even left blank as a default condition. With this change we can build toolbars as sophisticated as those in the old game.
