Install on second Machine

Hello
I am a bit confused so I'm asking the experts. I own SOW which is installed on PC. My Pc in on one house.
I am in our other house at the seashore and using my laptop. I have downloaded SOW Demo downloaded and it works fine. Can I get full game on my laptop ? How do I do this ?
