Waterloo OOBs

Is anyone working on an Waterloo OOBs for the Napoleonic erra? The OOBs from Gettysburg are not easily converted (I need to learn how) and Garnier is off doing other things has not made any converter tool for Waterloo like he did with Gettysburg.
I am looking for 1805 and 1809.
Now the KS mod has the 1809 and several others, but they can only be played with the mod and not vanilla. Plus they just use numbers and other symbols instead of names. Like I cannot find Davout's corp because where the names are it is all gibberish. Not the mods fault just a problem with the conversion.
Leffe has a generator for Waterloo I believe, can someone send me a link?
