Downloading SOW Waterloo

Hi Folks,
I haven't been around for a while, I became completely disillusioned with SOW Waterloo when I continually failed to download the large patch ...... and finally, when I got it, it refused to install. I have been happily going along with TC2M and Gettysburg in the interim. Both well-behaved games.
I am enquiring if the latest available version of the full SOW Waterloo download now incorporates all of the patches. I am prepared to reinvest in a new version if this is the case. My grand-nephew is visiting in late Summer and he will be disappointed not to find a version of Waterloo on the hard drive. ( I deleted the old game to oblivion in a fit of exasperation!!)
