How does someone do carry over? Leffes tool for Gettysburg works, but I cannot get it to work with Waterloo. It might be because of my oobs?????

Anyway, I have the dump file, but how do I edit the OOB?

Carryover works inserting particular strings inside the scenario.ini file of original scenario and inside that one which has to be subsequent.

In the sdk you can see how has been created these files for the scenario 4 and 5 which are related using the carryover
