Scourge of War Boards

Just a quick question, can someone explain this function to me please? It seems to be used in conjunction with formation buttons and some commands, they just seem like individual IDs for each command group in a layout but Im wondering if the number is tied to specific functions etc.

Just wanted to check... I searched around in most the SDK docs /pdfs and didn't find it.

They are used to prevent queuing up of more than one formation, so that only the last formation selected is included in the queued set.
