Why no more multiplayer scenarios?

Hi, I was wondering why Ligny, like Quatre Bras before it, has no multiplayer scenarios? As it is right now the whole SOW Napoleonic series only has 3 multiplayer scenarios, all for Waterloo, Hougomont, Plancenoit, and the full battle of Waterloo. I would have thought that at least the full battle scenarios for Quatre Bras and Ligny would have been multiplayer. By comparison if you crack open the Gettysburg 150th annv. edition, the list of multiplayer scenarios is extensive.
Is there a reason for this? Will multiplayer scenarios for Quatre Bras and Ligny be released sometime in the future?

Good question. I suppose it's because we haven't felt much of a demand for them. Also, they are so easy to make, we felt most players were creating them on their own.

I see. Well I like to play co-op with my dad. It's also easier on bigger scenarios to divide up the work. I'm not so much interested in creating my own scenarios. I just want to be able to play the historical scenarios multiplayer. Is there like a switch I can flip to make them multiplayer? Or somehow copy the scenario and edit it to be multiplayer without actually changing the scenario?

Well, kinda...
In the scenario.ini file change this:
[Init]
type=sp
StrategicAI=0
...to this:
[Init]
type=mp
StrategicAI=1
Scenarios with type=mp in the scenario.ini file will then show up as a multiplayer scenario option.
Of course you'll want to copy and change the name of the copy so it doesn't mess up the sp scenario. There's no scripting allowed in mp except for scenario end time. This may affect the objectives if they're governed by scripting, in which case you can still tweak them for your preferences.
StrategicAI=1 turns on the AI's hyper-drive which beefs-up search and destroy

Perhaps when I get some time again I'll throw together a few MP scenarios for download.

Is there a way to extend the all officers on take charge from AI to corps level scenarios or is this strictly an army level thing?
