Apparently there is no way to access the file location with this download - thus meaning we cannot MOD this TC2M or change/add any files.

That's not true Sarge.
Not sure what OS you are on, but on Win 7 the location is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Take Command - 2nd Manassas
It will be something similar in Win 10.

What I meant is when I right click on the .exe it does not have a file location on the list.

OK - Thanks LP ..... I'm in ..... but how do I create a shortcut to the files so that I can add the MODS?That's not true Sarge.
