Casualty Dump problems

I had thought that the additional column in the casualty report file where battalions had been subdivided was fixed in a recent patch but I still seem to be encountering it when examining the results of a Ligny scenario.

I am trying to use a calculator program developed by another player to carry forward casualties in an OOB for a future scenario e.g.Waterloo so is there anything I can do to fix this other than going though the file and deleting those entries?
