Blocky images/blocked out text issue with GCM

Has anyone had issues with a weird graphics glitch in the GCM mod where all of the text is like blocked out/the graphics are completely blocky?
Any ideas on what's going on here?

more then likely you are playing with the GCM Restricted ID Mod.
Just turn it off in your modifications tab.
Restricted ID Mod was implemented so us MP guys have no clue who we are fighting. It removes all enemy information, sometimes it looks like a black censored bar.
