Gentlemen,

It is September 19th and the Battle of Chickamauga is going to be refought.

The slate is wiped clean and history is due to be changed. Before this can be fought we need the players. This may last one battle or it may last three or four days and consist of six or eight battles. The battle historically lasted 3 days. We will be using carry over for casualties.

Historical map will be used and historical OOB. Thanks to Reb and Tewes.

We have the army commanders. MJP will be taking the Confederates and Mark will be taking the Union. What we need now is players to sign up for either side.

Here is what you need:

GCM mods will be used
Be available to fight from one to six battles.
Couriers will be used
160 yards from the saddle
Be able to put up with MJP
Understand that you will be a small part of a big puzzle
Good MP connection

Little Powell has agreed to be our judge in case of debatable issues.

Sign up on this thread. This campaign is ready to go now. This isn't just talk.

Count me in for a division. Either side. It matters not. ;)

I already got the Chickamauga map several months ago but the Manassas map Palmer has been using is the Tewes Bull Run Campaigns folder right? edit- Nevermind I found Palmer's GCM adjustments post for the Manassas map.

We have had good numbers sign up. Because of the size of the armies I want a few extras. Because of the holidays and in my search to bring back a couple old GCMers there has been a delay. Everything is still on track. We should have armies set soon.

Will commands be division size? Or larger?
