Couriers and Command map

So in the manual it says the following:
"In the “Orders” section, after you have selected “Move 1 unit” or “Move Entire Unit to --,” one of the options is “Move your unit to this Map Point.” Selecting this option brings up the Command Map."

I can't seem to find this, I remember it from Gettysburg but I've never used it in Waterloo.
Is this patched out or am I just missing something? (Attached picture of my Courier screen)


"Move to this location" only takes me to a list of names of places on the map

The command map doesn't come up in WL due to the use of the wonderful new GUI. You can only select place names from a list which is very limiting.
