Yes, gfx.csv file, 'Hi Scale' column.

Use this file to transfer flag names to the oob of your choice. You'll probably have to make your own mod, I know of no mods like you're requesting.

Use the computer keyboard calculator...Example, 0.45 / 2 = 0.225

IF, I were doing what you are trying to do, it would go something like this.....

Find a Brigade with several different flags and adjust each one to a different value.

Start the game, and go to that brigade to gauge the results.

Then, adjust the rest of the Flags to the size that you find acceptable. This will cut-down on Starting and Adjusting the flags a dozen times.

But, above all, Continue Modding!
