Scourge of War Boards

I get this error when updating to patch 103 and now cannot start game.

I presume it is a file corruption and I will need to do fresh install of Waterloo and all the expansions?

Anyone else get this or can suggest quick fix. Expecting having to download them all again from Matrix. Could this happen for these files and, if so, any tips to avoid it?

I'm using Windows 10

Yes it sounds like a corrupt download, you'll be needing to download the file that gives you the error message again. I generally don't use the 'update game' feature within the game as it is usually quite slow. Downloading the core and update files from the Matrix members area and then running them in order never has caused a problem for me.

It was my keyboard language setting which corrupted it(as in the issue on the link you gave me). My daughter playing on that damn Roblox again:-)

Hopefully get in a MP game tonight, now.
