They're substitutes of the same directories already present in the sdk installation, you have only to overlap them in the sdk path

This is for the scenario design kit mods.

It's not for the stock scenarios and won't work with them, right?

Will it work with the modifications to the stock scenarios?

They're not related to the scenarios, are for the AI coding

mitra76, is there any chance of the AI being updated or improved in any way at some future point for the stock SOWWL family of games and scenarios?

the scenarios AI reactions are more related to the scripts in the file battlescripts, there's not a different AI code for stock scenarios and for sandboxes. I don't think we're going to change the stock scenarios, if there're not errors: they can be customized\improved freely by the modders following their ideas\projects

Do you think that Austerlitz as a topic for stock scenario creation (in the context of a new published game) would be more or less difficult than average for AI programming? This is my last question, thank you very much.

The is programmed to be generic in the context of napoleonic warfare, it will not be changed for a specific scenario battle, the eventual improvements of code would be autonomous.
