A Teaser ...

This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

Lynchburg is my baby, actually. :)

I made the map. I actually visited Lynchburg for research. I talked to the town historian, obtained some maps, studied the ground. Ft. Early (in the middle of the map) is still there today.
Jolly was correct, I was in-correct, this is why no one should listen to Me.

Thanks for clearing this up!

Don't beat yerself up Davinci - you almost had it - the names involved anyway! :)

Hi Matt, the map is a belter!
I hope you are ok with me carrying on dabbling with the graphics on it for uploading with it being a 'personal' project for you as such?

Cheers,
David

Thanks! And by all means, go right ahead and work your magic on it. :)

It's a fun map to play on.. Lots of tactical possibilities. It was cool seeing the distinctive mountain peaks to the south live in person and then seeing them come to life in the game.

BTW - Lynchburg is also a short drive from Appomattax. Makes a great day trip seeing both battlefields and the Confederate museum.

A bit of new terrain and trees - new shadowy work on them too.
It's a great map to work on!

Getting a nice July feel to things - you can hear the sound of cannon a few miles away!

Somethings going on! ;)
