I think that they are in the SDK - You posted in there several days ago.

I wouldn't think that a Re-Install would delete the SDK files, but I could be wrong!

then,,, do you have the SDK manual ? a PDF file about how to use SDK to make a mod,I have seen i before..
Or it is game manual already there ?

So, just to be clear, if you expand your SDK \ Directory - You are Not seeing this?
