Scourge of War Boards

Reinstalled this great little game two days ago, everything went fine patched it up no problem. I put a couple of mods in the Mod folder, noticed the Graphics folder, opened the Logistics folder to look at weapon ranges etc.Last night I downloaded Garniers OOB Editor and copied an OOB out of the OOB folder and played around a bit. This morning on putting another mod in the Mods folder I noticed the OOB folder was missing. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled and patched it up but this time when I went into the game directory the OOB folder was still missing and now so were the Logistics and Graphics folders. Any ideas folks?
The game seems to be working fine though.I'm running on Windows 10 by the way.
