about where to find TTF files

hi,,all
i want to find a way to translate the SOWGB into Chinese language...and in SOWWL it is successul
but in SOWGB ,,,,i dont see any file named Layout,,,and not find *.ttf font style files.
So cuold u hole me understand the game instruction or find controlling file on fonts....Thanks very much if u could.
the all text is UTF-8 coded,,so i think it may be possible.
