Scourge of War Boards

I have installed on Steam SOW Waterloo with both the Quatre Bras and Ligny add-ons. It worked fine before, but now every time I launch the game it goes to Quatre Bras regardless of whether I selected Walerloo or Ligny. I tried uninstalling the local files and reinstalling them but that has not fixed the problem. I have no mods in the mod file so that can not be it. Any ideas on what is causing this problem?

I have the same issue regardless of whether I try to play SOW Waterloo on my laptop or desktop.

I think it is OK after all. I was thrown off by the fact that Quatre Bras is the introductory screen for the whole game now.
