W,S,Mouse camera movement

I've been away from Gettysburg for quite awhile, too long. There have been improvements in that time. Little by little, I guess I'll catch up.
The immediate problem I have are with the W,S camera commands. They will only move forward and back about what seems to be about 10 feet. I used to be able to move forward as far as I liked. I particularly liked to watch the division troops form up and take to the roads. It seems also to me, I used to be able to use the mouse roller as well. That might be a false memory.
My question is what can I do to get the original movements to work?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

SOLVED! I experimented with Custom options and worked it out. I'm sure, as I tyr to update, I'll be back with more questions.
