Really, earlier I was thinking to myself; \"I wonder when they're going to release in game screenies.\" Then I turned on my PC came to this site, and saw that one of their blog thingys were updated. So I clicked on it, curious about what I'd find. I scrolled down, and literally saw only half of the screen shot before scrolling up. My heart droped (good thing:laugh: ). The screen shots look so darn good guys! You've out done your self!

Thanks NSD team for this wonderful thing your doing here. If it was left im my rusty hands, this game would not exist on the account that I do not know the computer like you guys do! Thanks!

BTW Sarge they do look dashing dont they?

:woohoo: WOW...love the officers that stand behind the troop formations, six mules pulling a wagon (realistic), my guess is that six horses are pulling artillery also(i hope). the sprites look great along with the scenery you guys have developed. Plus you talk about the animation will be better, something we can't see with the screenshots, so can't wait for that!! great job NSD!!! i am getting  waiting for this game.

I can feel the excitement building with the release of these first excellent in game shots. Even these \"rudimentary\" early shots look very good. As anxious as we are to get our hands on this game, I'm sure everyone will share the feeling that you should take your time and get the maximum \"bang\" into this first game to really make a fantastic impression on the gaming community/industry for the first NSD release.

The troops, especially the Federal troops, really seem to have a much improved look from TC2M. Is it my imagination or do they have more of a shoulder-to-shoulder look, i.e. less space (as they should) between the soldiers? Anyway NSD, lookin' good.

Some of you people who are registered members at MMG, make sure you tell everyone there to get over here.

Actually things have improved in the terrain sprite department since these screenies were taken, but we'd like to waite for the next batch to have more to show in the way of uniforms;)

All is good. Very goodB)

Has anyone posted the performance requirements needed to run this? You think they will be about the same as Medieval 2 total wars requirements, given that both games use 3D sprites?

My specs.
Pentium 4 3.20 GHz
4 gigs of ram
256 MB Nividea video card

You guys think my computer will be sufficient to run this with at least
fairly good frame rates.

What about my system? I have done and modifications to it though, but I can run TC2M on full options perfectly:

Intel(R) Pentium(R) Duel CPU T2330 @ 1.60GHz 1.60 GHz
2038 RAM
32-bit Operating System
