American War Stories

Recently I've been doing a small personal project: write a short story of a major battle or conflict of every (major) American war of conflict. So far I'm about halfway through the story of the Spanish American War. I was wondering if anyone would like to read them for advice, proof-reading, or for the pure hell of it.
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure.
