Hey All,

Here we go again -

Laptop crashed. Got upgraded to windows 11 in shop. Reset everything. Have downloaded and installed SOWWL twice. All updates in. Won't play. Reset compatibility to windows 8, (best I can get), still no joy. SOWWL crash text says no plant life loading. Everything else works up to that point. Thoughts?

Sorry to hear about that, otherwise, good hearing from you. We've had a couple of other crash reports with Win 11 but Win 11 works fine for most folks with the Steam, Remastered release. Norb's working on finding the issue.

It may be worth downloading and installing the legacy directx drivers, as this game runs on directx9C, which I believe is not included in Win 11 by default,
