Re: Resolution Issues
<r>As far as I can figure, the game is unplayable. No matter the settings, mouse cursor gets lost under the map and options panel. I switched the first value back to "1" and the H & W to my maximum resolution. Battlefield view is good, but with no mouse, it is not good <E>:-)</E> . I wonder, is ...

Re: Resolution Issues
<t>Steam Version on a new PC - screen resolution 3840 x 2160 - I tried tinkering with the .ini as advised above. Can't seem to get it right. After first starting up the game, everything was way out of whack and tiny. Mouse cursor runs under the game [invisibly]. Shuffled my screen icons around, as w...

Re: TC2M: Original VS New Release
I had that problem, too, JC Edwards. I recently did a clean install of Windows due to some other issues. Not only did it fix all the Windows issues I was having, but Take Command installed without a hitch.

TC2M: Original VS New Release
My main question: I have TC2M installed from disk on my Windows 10 PC - includes patch 3 & the Community Mod release. Working perfectly.
Is this new re-release any different than what I already have?

Re: windows 10
It required some Matrix files, or something. I contacted them and their response was incredibly fast & effective. All fixed now. Thanks!

Re: windows 10
<r>I have had the game since it was created. Added Antietam, Chancellorsville, and Brandy Station ... plus Lynchburg. Never had an activation issue. Now, after upgrading to Windows 10 [everything still worked], I decided to do a clean install of 10. Well, reinstalling all my programs without a hitch...

Re: Ultimate General: Gettysburg Beta Gameplay .
<t>I like it - what I see so far, anyway. It does remind me of Sid Meiers, though greatly improved. For these old eyes, I can [it would appear] manage the field better because more is visible and clear to me. Looking forward to it and trying it out.<br/> <br/> I enjoy the larger "campaign"-type batt...

Re: 1.61 Built-in Mods
<r>I did not see the patch available. No matter, I probably would have purchased Brandy Station anyway. The MODS, btw, are not a part of Brandy Station, per se, but rather you can see them available on the SOW main screen. I had never noticed them before - I assume they are new. Just retired, so I m...

1.61 Built-in Mods
<r>Having just purchased Brandy Station add-in, with the inclusion of SOW V/1.61 [nice marketing trick, btw!], I notice there are several "built-in" MODS under the "Modification" button. My question<S><s>[s]</s> is: Once enabled, do these MODS stay put every time you play the game, or do you ...
