I love your website. I used it a lot this semester for a history paper I wrote about the USCT at New Market Heights.

Gibbon's Brigade will always be the Iron Brigade. They earned their moniker; the New York brigade... meh. Besides the 14th Brooklyn and the 2nd Sharpshooters, who has ever heard of the rest of those units? With Gibbon's men, those regiments will always have their place.

He was terrible- fell for every trick in the book.

Worse of all I think is when playing an OOB, and you click a Federal regiment and they may be grades a 2 or 3, militia at best, yet they've been serving for say two years. And the Confederates all have 5 or 6.
