7 Days would be great then I can play as Jackson.
And spend the whole game marching around waiting for God to tell you what to do?

No. . . Texan, born and raised. And if I'm lucky, I'll die here too.

Someday, Texas will leave the Union.

Obviously, I am from Texas. And to dispell any myths Texas cant leave the Union, no matter what the agreement was in 1845 with the United States Government (all liars, then and now). Texas tried once to leave the Union, and unfortunately we saw how that worked out.

Times are different. We urged the Soviets to let their states secede, even though their constitution strictly and expressly forbade it.

I certainly don't support any kind of rebellion. But I do believe that someday, probably not in my lifetime, but someday, Texas will leave the Union peacefully.

But is too off topic, so no more here from me.

With the fires, it must be the Wilderness.
I agree, if it's not the Wilderness, etc, could it be the Battle of Seven Pines/Fair Oaks?

Jackson spent most of the time of the Seven Days walking around in circles, halting short, and taking naps under trees. Beaver Dam Creek was a failure because he did not support Hill, Glendale could have been a knock-out blow, and he missed it by not crossing the White Oak Creek, and he just aimlessly lobbed some shells at Malvern Hill. Some of the most important fighting of the campaign, and his involvement was minimal.
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure.

The screenshots look like Chickamauga to me, but I'm going to guess either Battle of Peachtree Creek or Battle of Atlanta----maybe both?
