Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

<r>Hi Gunship,<br/> <br/> Thanks again for the mod. It works great although I have only played one division level game on the Alpine map so far. <br/> <br/> So what is up next? Remember we end-users are like Tyranids from the Warhammer 40K universe. We are inexhaustible consumers and never sated... ...

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

<r>Hi Michael,<br/> <br/> No problem. I leaped to the conclusion that those were in-game images-my bad. See below Kieth Rocco's response to my email about the images. <br/> <QUOTE><s>[quote]</s><I><s>[i]</s>Hello Lee,<br/> Thank you for writing and I'm happy to read that you are still enjoying your ...

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

<t>Hi Michael, <br/> <br/> A quick question to clarify (for me since I am easily confused) the images you posted. Did you take photos of Gunships Wagram sprites and then use tiltshift to give them the 3-dimensional effect? That would mean these are not in-game images. Or, did Gunship work some magic...

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

<r>My apologies to Michael if you are responsible for the quality of these skins. You guys must have a team working on this project. Whoever is responsible, I am blow away.<br/> <br/> Thank you very much for this level of effort on behalf of our hobby and Napoleonic period enthusiasts.<br/> <br/> <B...

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

<r>Hi Jack,<br/> <br/> Thanks for posting the response and thanks to Michael for posting the sandbox menu fix link. <br/> <br/> Next: Holy !@#$, I thought those screen cuts were images of hand-painted tabletop miniatures. It took a few seconds for may brain to register that these are in-game sprites...

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

<t>Hi All,<br/> <br/> I found the Wagram mod download link the other day on the forum and considered pulling the trigger on it. But, realized that I patched SOW to version 1.4 when I purchased the Antietam map pack. As I understand it, Wagram wants to see version 1.3. <br/> <br/> If I go back to 1.3...

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

Hi redcoat,

Thanks for the input. I have not installed any mods so I should be good to go. SOW is such a great platform for 19th-century combat; it may inspire me to become mod-literate so that I can at least understand what is being said in the forums. :)

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

Jack,

Thanks for the information and the welcome. When you say activate, do you mean activate with the SOW activation code or simply open it from the sandbox menu? B-t-w, I will wait for gunship's update.

Regards,

Re: Napoleonic Wars mod

<t>Hi, I am new here and picked up this thread from the Wargamer Site where the new Napoleonic mod is stirring up some excitement. Two questions: is there a time line for making the mod available and will it self-install?<br/> <br/> The reason I ask about self-install is that the installation of Reb...
