More Napoleoinic pics

Here you can talk about whatever floats your boat. Your favorite movie, sports team, etc. If it's a little racey, I suggest you post in R&R, otherwise we'll move it for you.

More Napoleoinic pics

Post by Gunfreak »

Here are some random pics showing of the table, I put all the ugly old figs in the background, and the nice new ones up front.
Aslo some of the older figs are from the wrong period in the napoleinc period, so ignore that

Funnt you should say that, Lord Ashram is working on a game, were you can put in the terrain you want, then download other poeoples miniature figs(as game peices) and play with them on the computer, not a 100% sure of how it will work but the ide looks cool

It's been done. John Tiller's games (HPS Simulations) are based on mini wargaming rules.

HPS Simulations

I've played Antietam, and although very slow (turn based), his games are actually very fun! The regiments are even on little stands like in miniature wargaming.

Great pic's Gunfreak!

I really do enjoy looking at them, and look forward to when you have the cavalry.

Hey guys!

Not meaning to hijack your thread, Gun (btw your figures look fantastic) but I thought I would share a shot of the project Gun was talking about...

We actually had it pretty well under control, but decided to go with the modern squad combat game first, as we thought that would be more fun to develop... but still, you can tell even from the simple photo how neat it could be (or will be, if we do end up doing it!)
