Re:Who's going to Publish this?
I have to agree this is very confusing. Am I right that we won't be buying a solid disc, but downloading from a website? Does this mean we must give credit card information over the internet? Will there be an alternative route such as call-in orders for the card information?
Been thinking all this time when it came out, I'd just order the game. Not sure how I can get it now, since I don't use credit cards online, just in stores and by phone.
I guess I might can go get a temporary card and cancel it after I buy, though. Any other suggestions?

It's done through swreg.org, so I guess that what ever they take. They do use paypal I think.

Respectfully start using your credit card to make online purchases. At least use it to make this purchase. I've not ever had one problem making online purchases with a credit card.
Re:Who's going to Publish this?
I have had some issues myself. I've gotten the numbers stolen a few times. So I notice the bad charge, they cancel the card, send me a knew card, and refund the purchase. No big deal. They have to make sure you are protected because they make a ton of money off of all the online sales.

And chalk up another one for the printed manual.

That's exactly right.

You can always buy a Visa, Amex, etc, gift card from the grocery or convenience store and use that same as a credit card. Problem solved.
Also for those looking for a hard-copy of the game instead of digital, you can get that the way the team has set this up through the store. You just pay the extra fee, don't bother downloading the game and wait for the CD to show up at your house.
Seems like all the bases are covered, nice work guys.

Re:Who's going to Publish this?
If you are afraid of using a credit card online, like I used to be, I understand fully. However, I overcame that, when a friend gave me the idea to get another credit card and use it only for online purchases. This way I could easily catch any odd charges quickly and it wouldn't ruin my credit rating.
