Try running the installer as admin. Also the download could be corrupt, so make sure the file has the correct size (272MB).

Graphics look fantastic but sound seems unbalanced --background seeems all loud marching feet drowns all else --orders, music,gunfire etc.
Also is there a quick way to remind you if you have "taken command" of a unit or not. Could not discern any colour difference in flag.
But looks excellent and really promising piece of work --many thanks to all.
