Just spend the last two hours trying to get multiplayer to work.
- I've set up the right port to be forwarded for the game.
- I've made my computer a static ip (192.168.2.21)
- I've put my computer into the DMZ
- I've disable the Windows firewall.
Yet I still get the error when I try to host a game about manually forwarding to a port. I even use the Portchecker program and it says that both TCP and UDP are open for that port.
I am past the point of understanding why it's not working. Any help would be much appreciated. Pic is of my router settings.

Re: Ok, really need multiplayer help
Then the port should be open and you can disable the automatic port mapping of the game by adding "MapPort=0" (without "") to the [Initialization] section of the SOWGB.ini.

It might be useful for other players to post how you got it working.

This should be a sticky. Plus the error msg is extremly misleading saying that the port is not open it should give some type of auto port error msg.
