Possible to remap keys?

I'm using a Scandinavian keyboard so the speed up/down keys (=, +) are not working.
Setting my keyboard up as an American keyboard layout in Windows is unfortunately not an option.
So it would be really nice if it was possible to remap these keys...

That's actually a good idea. If anyone wants to submit our default keyboard.csv, but with the keys remapped for different keyboard types, I can post them for other players.

Thanks, I now have the speed buttons tied to insert/delete instead.
Works fine!
I might look into a complete conversion later on.
Will post it if I get it done.

Since my minus and equals keys didn't work either for time acceleration, I remapped them to F11 and F12 and now it works (regular US keyboard) I don't think f11 and f12 are used for anything else.
